Andrew Lam is a NAM editor and author of "Perfume Dreams: Reflections on the Vietnamese Diaspora" (Heyday Books, 2005), which recently won a PEN/Beyond Margins Award.
The Vietnam war ended on April 30, 1975. Here are some video pieces that have to do with that – readings from “Perfume Dreams” I did at Hawaii university in 2006 and a short documentary on my trip to Hue and Quang Tri and the DMZ in 2000.
