 Sakura Taiko by David Pham. At the Cherry Blossom Parade, Civic Center, San Francisco. San Francisco celebrated its 40th annual Cherry Blossom Festival and Parade this Sunday. It was also the 50th anniversary of San Francisco’s Sister City relationship with Osaka, Japan. San Francisco’s historic Japantown also celebrated its 100th anniversary last year.
