Three Afghan refugees are in a good mood as they eat their lunch. Every afternoon, volunteers distribute bags containing bread, cheese and fruits. Without volunteers to take care of and feed them, they could not survive. They and the volunteers that help them are often harassed by the police.

These are a 3 of many “sans papiers” (without papers) that stop over in Calais as they eventually make their way to England.
