The Shopping malls in Thailand are getting posher and more surreal each time I visit. The Bangkok Film Festival 2007 was posh but nowhere as posh as last year’s – given the recent coup and the shaky rising Baht and the shrinking budget.

There might not be another festival next year, alas.

In any case.. here’s a pix of central shopping mall – the top floor is where the movies are shown.
