Haka in the rain by Kees de Vos.

A haka is a traditional dance form of the Māori of New Zealand. Haka are performed for various reasons: for amusement, as a hearty welcome to distinguished guests, or to acknowledge great achievements or occasions. Here, Māori are pictured at festivities for the 32nd America’s Cup in Spain in April 2007.

On Friday, Sep. 14, 2007, New Zealand’s government said it voted against a United Nations declaration on the rights of indigenous peoples because it discriminates against the non-indigenous and conflicts with the country’s laws. source: AFP
