State Sen. Ernie Chambers of Omaha, Nebraska is mad. And who is he putting the blame on? None other than the Almighty himself: God.

According to Chambers, an agnostic, God needs be sued for bringing upon suffering to the human race. Though the idea may seem a bit kooky, Chambers is trying to get across a very important message with the lawsuit. Chambers is exercising his rights as an American to sue anyone he wishes.

Personally, we find it funny that a man would go to such extremes to carry across such a simple message. But nonetheless, Chambers should be commended for his efforts. Though the medium through which he conveyed his message may be a bit odd, it had the desired effect – he did raise consciousness to the fact that anyone can sue anybody, which was the initial goal of the lawsuit in the first place. – Maahum Chaudhry and Traci Liang
