Lucky Sex Offender, Gets Unlucky Attention

There should be a disclaimer on lotto tickets: bubble in at your own risk. Or at least, someone should have told Daniel Snay, a 56-year-old living in Uxbridge Massachusetts – who just so happened to win the $10 million dollar Massachusetts State Lottery.

Uxbridge may have to change the population sign from 12,613 – to 12,613 plus one filthy rich sex offender.

Up and until now Snay has been off the radar of the Connecticut state authorities that were a little shocked when the Snay popped up in Massachusetts because of his multi million win.

This cross-state slip shows how big the cracks are in the judicial system in Connecticut, where 3rd level sex offenders are supposedly the most dangerous of offenders.
Whenever I hear the word ‘level’ being compared to someone’s benchmark in the world I automatically think of some kind of videogame where the better you get at slaying the ogre/robot the higher you rank.

Since 1974, Snay has been convicted six times for indecent assault and battery. I guess that makes him a six level dragon slayer in the convicted felon universe.

  1. whine whine, boo-hoo. Want some cheese with that whine? He won. You did not. Get over it. He did his time. Turn on the TV, watch Bill and Nancy and hate someone else.
